This Privacy Policy explains how Celestic LLC-FZ (“Celestic”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit celestic.io, book a call with us, apply for a role, or are contacted as part of a campaign we run for a client.

Data we collect on this website
Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived at the site, collected through Google Analytics and Framer’s built-in analytics. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics only stores cookies after you accept them in our cookie banner.
Booking data: when you book a call through our Calendly scheduler we receive your name, email address, the time you chose and any answers you give in the booking form.
Application data: if you apply for a role, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email, LinkedIn profile and any message or links you include.
Emails: if you write to one of our addresses, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
Data we process for our clients
Celestic runs cold email campaigns on behalf of B2B clients. For those campaigns we process business contact details, such as name, job title, company, business email address and public company information, and the replies we receive. Emails are sent from domains in our clients’ names. For this data we act on our client’s instructions, and the client decides who is contacted.
Every email includes a way to opt out. You can also email support@celestic.io to be removed from all campaigns we run, and we will add you to a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Why we use your data
To run and improve this website, to respond to booking requests and messages, to evaluate job applications, to deliver our services to clients, and to comply with legal obligations. Depending on where you are, we rely on your consent (analytics cookies in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), on the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, or on our and our clients’ legitimate interest in business-to-business communication.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data for us: Framer (website hosting and analytics), Google (Analytics and web fonts), Calendly (call scheduling), Senja (testimonial widget) and the email infrastructure and CRM tools we use to run campaigns. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Our team is remote and our providers are based in several countries, including the United States. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and our business relationship; job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner; analytics data according to Google Analytics retention settings; suppression list entries indefinitely, so we can keep honouring your opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents can also request to know and delete the personal information we hold. Email support@celestic.io and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
