A decision-maker or key influencer who meets every ICP filter (industry, role, company size, geo, etc.) and writes back indicating interest (e.g., “Send more details,” “Let’s chat,” or books a call). Each reply is manually reviewed and logged; only then is it billed.

Yes. If a billed lead clearly fails the agreed ICP or never expressed interest, flag it, and we’ll credit/replace it—no questions asked.

We guarantee at least 5 qualified leads per 30-day cycle (agreed in writing). If we miss, you get free make-up leads until the quota is met.

Most clients start with 10–20 qualified leads per month. We respect your team’s limits and tailor the volume accordingly—beginning slow and ramping up as you’re ready.

It’s fixed. It offsets only part of the total cost we take on to run your campaigns—covering domains, 40+ dedicated email accounts, warm‑up tools, copywriting, campaign management, and our full AI implementation.
We invest additional budget up‑front to launch and optimize, but bundling these expenses into one flat fee helps us keep your per‑lead price lower. No surprise charges—ever.

Absolutely. Notify us before the next billing cycle, and we’ll pause campaigns or cap daily send limits.

No. We work on a simple month‑to‑month basis—you’re free to pause or cancel anytime with just 7 days’ notice.

Every new list is de‑duplicated against any data you provide. If overlap slips through, let us know and we’ll credit that lead.

You do. We’ll transfer the domains and mailbox credentials, or decommission them at your request.
